Exact number of Ahvaz terror victims is 24: official

TEHRAN, Sep. 23 (MNA) – Ahvaz governor Jamal Alami Neysi said that there was a mistake in the counting of victims and 24 is the exact number of martyrs of Ahvaz terror attack.

Also, 60 individuals are left injured in the incident, he told Mehr News correspondent.

Previous reports had indicated that 25 individuals were martyred in the terror attack.

Funeral ceremony of the victims will be held tomorrow morning in Ahvaz, as Khuzestan province has declared Monday as a day of public mourning.
